Information and communication technologies play an important role in everyday life in the 21st century. With this background, this lecture provides an overview of ICT concepts and practical principles for efficient mobility in smart cities.
Lecture will be focused on following sub-topics:
1. Introduction
2. ICT and mobility in smart cities;
3. ICT applications in sustainable transport;
4. Advanced ICT based concepts for optimizing mobility in European Cities of tomorrow;
5. ICT implementation of computationally intelligent techniques and its growing importance for efficient mobility in smart cities.
6. Know-how examples of EU cities.
