Опис The main objective of this training course is to promote clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles. The main reason is reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and other pollution.
Training course will be realized on following sub-topics:
- Introduction to EU regulations and standards in the field of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles usage.
- Method of assessment the carbon footprint and other hazardous substances of passenger and freight transport with special focus on vehicle usage in the urban cycle.
- Sustainable Urban Mobility with the respect to vehicles pollution and the types of vehicles
- Calculation of the greenhouse gas emissions level for the vehicles with different technical solutions of power units powered on conventional and alternative fuels (with practical examples)
- Application of regulations and standards on the introduction of energy-efficient transport vehicles in EU.
The training course is based on the following EU publications:
- Directive 2009/33/EC of the European parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles.
- European Norm: EN 16258:2012 - Committee for Transport - Logistics and services - Methodology for calculation and declaration of energy consumption and GHG emissions of transport services (freight and passengers).
Значај The main aim of this course is to students acquire knowledge about the plans of reduction of emission of harmful gases and particles of vehicles and to inform with European norms and directives governing this area. By practical work, students will be able to assess the level of contamination of conventional and alternative fuels as well as economic aspects of the alternative fuels usage.
